Medical review does not mean:

• A personalised recommendation for you
  
• A substitute for advice from a doctor, pharmacist, or other healthcare professional

How often we update reviewed content

We aim to review and refresh medically reviewed pages when:

• ingredient formulas change
  
• labelling or regulatory guidance changes
  
• new, high quality evidence materially affects how an ingredient should be described
  
• at least once every 12 months for key educational pages
