      I’d been using a very expensive probiotic to tackle gut issues, it had also kept thrush at bay, an issue I often experienced following menstruation. I discontinued and for a long while never had thrush. After a more recent bout of gastric flu, I went back on them, but this time when I discontinued, I very quickly had thrush again following a period. I believe this is because I am now perimenopausal. Due to long term illness, I couldn’t afford expensive probiotics, nothing the GP/pharmacist provided worked. I used oral meds, pessaries, internal and external cream. I spent a week sat on ice blocks. I found Ellasie, reviews looked great and within a couple of days the thrush was dissipating. It completely cleared up in less than a week. This is a much more affordable and very effective way to treat thrush and I can’t recommend it enough. I will continue to use it now and won’t be stopping.
