Subscription Policy (Subscribe and Save) – UK

What Subscribe and Save means

Subscribe and Save gives you a discounted price in exchange for repeat deliveries at your chosen frequency (every 30 days).

These discounts are offered in good faith, with the understanding that you intend to receive repeat deliveries as part of an ongoing subscription.

How renewals work

Your subscription renews automatically every 30 days at the discounted subscription price shown at checkout.

Cancel anytime

There is no minimum commitment. You can cancel at any time for future renewals.

To avoid the next charge, please cancel before the next renewal date shown in your subscription emails/portal.

If you cancel after a renewal has already been processed, that order will still be fulfilled, and the cancellation will apply to future renewals.

Renewal reminder

We send an email reminder 3 days before each renewal so you have time to manage your subscription. Please check your junk or spam folder.

Managing your subscription

You can manage, pause, skip, or cancel deliveries using the link in your subscription emails, or by contacting help@ellasie.com during support hours.

If you’re unsure about subscribing

If you’re not sure you want repeat deliveries, please choose the one time purchase option instead of Subscribe and Save.

Your legal rights (UK)

This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Where applicable, you may have the legal right to cancel a distance contract within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Any cancellation/refund will be handled in line with our Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy (including hygiene and seal rules for consumable products).
